This machine can be used for big sized heat-sealing PP/PET trays +PP/PET foils.
Adjustable sealing temparature between 50 to 250 celcius allows to seal wide range of materials Also machine is equipped with whole around foil cutting blade and non stick teflon plated cast aluminium heating plate for longer service life. It’s designed to operate on different electrical and environmental conditions in all countries over the world.

- For gas and vacuum, it can be adjusted with the pressure in millibars, if desired, in milliseconds.
- There are two different pressure transmitters for vacuum pressure and gas pressure measurement.
- It can be used in two different ways with the photocell sensor as standard on the device in Automotic Film wrapping and film progression systems, or length measurement sensors that are also standard on the device. Thus, it does not require any hardware for the use of printed or unprinted film.
- There is a specially designed system for easy separation of the waste film from the winding roller.
- After the closure process, the plate removal system is standard, which allows ready-made products to be easily removed from the table.

The lower and upper molds of this product are designed according to customer requirements and are produced customer-specific. The largest plate size that can be closed is 420×320 mm and the depth is 110mm.
